Laser Output Couplers
High energy Nd:YAG laser output couplers (OC) are manufactured using high purity fused silica substrates and ultrahard dielectric coatings. These mirrors have been specifically designed to withstand high energy pulses and have a very high damage threshold. Meticulous production procedures guarantee they will withstand fluences of laser intensities greater than 5 J/cm2 at 1064 nm. The coatings are highly durable and will withstand repeated cleaning. We offer Nd:YAG couplers for the fundamental 1064nm, frequency-doubled 532nm and frequency-tripled 354.7 nm laser lines at either 0° or 45° incident angle. Reflectivity is greater than 99.9% for s-polarization and greater than 99.2% for p-polarization. These couplers are available in 12.7mm to 50.8 mm diameters at 1064nm, 1053nm , 1047nm and 532nm .

Dielectric Laser HR Flat Mirrors
ALL-dielectric laser mirrors (normal incidence) are precision flat mirrors coated with an all-dielectric mirror coating for maximum reflectance at specific laser wavelengths for 0° and 45° incidence. Since the coatings are angle sensitive, the mirrors are used at 0° ±5° incidence angle and 45° ±15°. These coatings are durable and are cleanable using normal laboratory methods.

Flat Harmonic Separators
Harmonic beamsplitters are designed to separate Nd:YAG laser harmonics after frequency multiplication. These optics are precision polished, made of select grade fused silica coated with hard multilayers for very high damage threshold. A damage resistant antireflection coating for the transmitted harmonic is applied to the back surface to further improve transmission. Each coating design has been tested to guarantee reliable operation with high fluence Nd:YAG lasers.
