These stages provide the perfect solution for reliable long and fast travel by rack & pinion drive. One, two and 3-dimensional stages are available. A ruled scale and vernier permit a readout accuracy of 0.1mm. In the tables, "X" denotes 1-dimensional stage in x direction, "Z" denotes 1-dimensional stage in x direction, "X-Y" denotes 2-dimensional stage in x direction, "X-Y-Z" denotes 3-dimensional stage in x direction. The flexibility of the 1-D ("x"), 2-D ("xy") and 3-D ("xyz") translations is achieved through different stage combinations.
