GCM-164 Side-Driven Vertical Stages

The side-driven vertical stage combines a linear translation stage with a L-plate to provide the precision height adjustment. One of the advantages is that the carrier stage can be lowered to a relatively low level so as to improve the stability of the whole optical system.
